Description:

Under general direction of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, plans, directs and oversees all field water, wastewater, and maintenance operations. Establishes and manages departmental budget, staffing plans, capital developmen t, and preventative maintenance plans. Works closely with other major department directors and typically serves as a member of the Executive Management Team.

Guide:

• Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and/or equivalent coursework, training, and/or certification in maintenance, engineering, and finance.
• Seven or more years of broad operations, planning and maintenance experience, including three or more years of supervisory and planning experience.
