Description:

Under general supervision, paints indoor and outdoor buildings, structures, cabinets, furniture, and similar

types of equipment. Cleans, sands, patches, and prepares painting surfaces. Mixes and matches paints

prior to application and ensures proper amounts of elements. Uses brush, roller, or airless spray gun to

complete painting of surfaces. Cleans paint tools and equipment and work areas. May direct the work of

helpers and assist in training new employees in painting methods and practices.
