Description:

• This the working-level inspector only. May be a specialist in one phase of building inspection or make all types of inspections.
• Requires two years of responsible experience in building inspection, construction, and/or enforcement of building codes.

• Trainees.
• Lead workers of other working-level inspectors.
• Engineering plan checkers.
