Description:

Under general supervision, trains, coordinates and supervises the work of Bus Operators, Schedulers, and associated Customer Service Representatives. Tracks operator and route performance. Assists operators with passenger relations problems and accident investigation s. Monitors radio and tracks vehicle location. May operate buses in emergency situations.

Guide:

• Requires four years of public driving experience involving 4-axle vehicle weighing 40,000 pounds or more, preferably including lead or customer service experience.
• Valid Class A License with current DOT medical card.
• Education equivalent to graduation from high school, certified driver training program, and orientation in scheduling processes.

Exclusion:

• Transit Planners.
• Senior Bus Operators.
